Looking to donate items you no longer need? When you donate gently-used items to Repeat Boutique, you become a partner in meeting the needs of hospice patients in Benton and Franklin counties.

Stay Safe Phased Re-Opening Plan

We are excited to announce the reopening of our Repeat Boutique stores in accordance with the Governor’s Phased In approach. During Phase 1.5, we will be open for sales at our Richland location and accepting donations at both locations.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • We will accept donations at each location Tuesdays – Saturdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 p.m.  Donations will not be accepted outside of the specified days/hours.
  • Donation drop off will be “self-service”. We will have labeled bins available  for you to place your pre-sorted items. This will allow us to practice social distancing and do our part in keeping you and our staff safe.

Currently Accepting:

  • Furniture
  • Adult clothing (In season)
  • Jewelry
  • Small Kitchen appliances in working order
  • Housewares (china, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, bakeware, cooking utensils)
  • CD’s, DVD’s, record albums, Hardback books
  • Home décor (collectibles, figurines, paintings, lamps)
  • Electronics in working order (CD players, DVD, players, stereos, radios, flat screen tv’s, clocks)
  • Area rugs

Not Accepting

Due to potential contamination and inability to disinfect we are not accepting this items:

  • Bedding (bedspreads, comforters, blankets)
  • Pillows (bed or decorator)
  • Linens (sheets, towels, throws)

Furniture Donations:

 All items must be in good repair (no rips, tears, stains or pet damage) and in their intended working order.

We WILL ACCEPT the following gently used furniture items:

  • Sofas
  • Love seats
  • Chairs
  • Coffee tables
  • End tables
  • Dining tables/chairs
  • China cabinets
  • Hutches
  • Dressers
  • Night stands
  • Small desks (without upper cabinets or shelves)
  • Bookcases

We will NOT ACCEPT the following furniture items:

  • Mattresses
  • Box springs
  • Bed frames/headboards
  • Entertainment centers
  • Armoires
  • Pianos/organs
  • Large office furniture (including L-shaped desks, conference tables, credenzas)
  • File cabinets
  • Disassembled furniture or furniture requiring assembly.

In accordance with the current Social Distancing and “No Touch” guidelines, the following restrictions will apply:

  • You will need to bring your own helpers to safely off-load furniture items at the curb.
  • Repeat Boutique staff will not be able to help remove items from your vehicle.
  • Repeat Boutique Staff will then move those items from the curb into the store for processing.

We value you and your generosity and ask for your patience as we maneuver through this new process together. Our primary goal is your safety and the safety of our staff and volunteers. We miss you all and look forward to seeing you.

  • Perishable items, food, medications, make-up, toiletries
  • Building materials, toilets, sinks, doors, blinds, showers, cabinets, windows, window blinds, paint, chemicals

Your Impact

As a donor to Repeat Boutique stores, you are now a partner in helping meet the needs of hospice patients in Benton and Franklin Counties. Every day we serve an average of 160 patients in their homes or in the Hospice House. Some of these patients are homeless, some are without family to care for them and some have pain and symptoms that need 24/7 care. When you shop at or donate to Repeat Boutique stores you are caring for others in your community.

  1. Along with meeting the physical needs of hospice patients, the resources generated by Repeat Boutique stores help fund Chaplaincy Hospice Care’s efforts to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families every day.
  2. Repeat Boutique stores supply clothing and household items (blankets, twin sheets, towels, toiletries) for patients and families in our Hospice House.
  3. Repeat Boutique stores support hospice families after the death of a family member by providing a dignified outlet for their household items.
  4. Repeat Boutique provides an unexpected form of grief support as volunteers and employees offer a listening presence that leaves a grieving family member feeling held and supported.
  5. Other agencies that work to meet the needs of homeless, disabled or displaced individuals and families receive free or low-cost help from Repeat Boutique stores.
  6. Repeat Boutique stores are a convenient source of quality and inexpensive clothing, furniture and household items for the entire community.
  7. Individuals with a desire to give back find a flexible, rewarding volunteer experience at Repeat Boutique stores that keeps overhead low and maximizes margin for hospice.
